We bake the peppers and after that we cut and peel them into strips. Choose hard cheese and cut it into cubes. Then wrap the cubs of cheese with the sweet peppers. At the end we pierce them with a toothpick and olive on the top. Sprinkle with the dressing of oil, vinegar, garlic and parsley. Enjoy it!
