Brush a narrow and higher casserole with butter and cover with greaseproof paper.
Heat the chocolate to a low temperature, and in another bowl heat the sour cream. When the cream becomes hot, add salt and stir.
Add the chocolate and stir until the mixture is combined. Carefully pour into the mold and let it cool down in the refrigerator or freezer.
